Jowl Reducing Exercise
It would be better sitting on a chair before starting chin exercises.
- Chair that you use, should be without arm and could be a hard chair.
- Sit on the chair and rest your head.
- Let down your arms freely.
- Hold your shoulders in an upright position and leaning backwards. Put your shoulders at right back without stretching.

Jowl Reducing Mask
- 1 tablespoon sea salt,
- 1 tablespoon wheat grass
- 1 tablespoon seaweed
- 1 tablespoon glycerin
- 1 tablespoon distilled water (in the iron water)
- 1 tablespoon of baking soda
- 1 tablespoon of sodium
Put all ingredients in a glass bowl and mix with a wood spoon. Apply this mixture to your jowl area by massaging. After waiting 1 hour 20 minutes, wash your skin to clean the mixture. It is an effective mask for sagging jowl.
