You can have a smoother and spotless hands by nail and hand care using lemon solutions. You can make hand care practices in a natural way with lemon mask which has restorative effects to cracks and stains on your hand. Lemon Mask For Hand & Nail

  • 2 teaspoons almond oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • Juice of half of lemon
  • 2 tea cups warm water

Mix all of the ingredients in specified amounts in a clean bowl. Rub mixture to your hands by massaging, including your nails. After waiting 2 hours, clean your hands using soap and warm water. The mask will keep your hands, harden your nails and your hands will be softer, smoother than before.

Lemon Care For Hand

  • Half a teaspoon lavender oil
  • Juice of half of lemon
  • Half a teaspoon lemon oil

Mix all the ingredients in the specified amounts. Apply the mask first upper side of your hands then palms by massaging. You can also apply to your nails. You can have smoother and more beautiful hands whether you apply 2 or 3 times in a week.

Lemon Care For Cracks

  • 15 drops of lemon juice
  • 2 cups olive oil

Put olive oil in a pot and heat the pot in a double boiler. Add lemon juice into heated oil and mix new mixture well. Put your hands into this mixture after cooling down and wait for 10 minutes as this condition. Clean your hands using soap and warm water then dry hands. This mask provides healing of cracked areas on the hands and increase elasticity of the skin when applied regularly.

Protect Your Hands

  • Keep your hands in extreme heat and cold water
  • Avoid direct contact to cleaning products and detergents.
  • Use rubber gloves when dealing with cleaning issues.
  • Use moisturizing cream or hand cream after dry thoroughly your wet hands.
  • Open your pores on your hands using paraffin
  • When your hands are worn, apply Vaseline to your hands before bedtime and take cotton gloves. Spend your night by this condition.
  • Remove dead cells on your hands by using non-hard pumice stone.
