Personal Care In Pregnancy

The changes emerging in the body during pregnancy, sometimes, might result  in sadness. Emergence of crack, due to weight gain, is one of the biggest problem encountered during pregnancy. You should pay extra attention to your personal care and should be sensitive about your personal care.

Hand and Foot Care in Pregnancy

1- Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil into half lemon juice and apply the mixture to your nails. After this application, your nails will strengthen.
2- Nails are becoming weaker during pregnancy, therefore they could be more brittle. You should take extra care for your nails with lemon and olive oil.

Skin Care in Pregnancy

1- Crush lemon peels and get lemon peel puree. Add water into this puree and apply this mixture to your skin. After waiting 5 minutes, clean your skin with water. This mixture opens your pores and allows your skin to breathe better.
2- Mix 1 tablespoon sesame oil and 4 drops of lemon juice in a bowl. Add this mixture into egg yellow. Apply the mixture to your skin and wait 10 minutes. Then clean your skin with water. It deeply cleanses your skin.
3- Crush 5 strawberries with a fork and get strawberry puree. Apply this puree to your skin and rub in your skin. Wait until it dries. After about 10 minutes, you can clean your skin with lukewarm water. It is very effective moisturizer.
4- Mix 4 drops of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Apply the mixture on your skin that you have got to wait 15 minutes. Then clean your skin with warm water. It will refresh and renew your skin.
5- Crush 1 egg white, half a cucumber and half avocado and get the mixture as mash. Put the mixture into refrigerator and wait for half an hour. Apply the mixture to your skin. Wash with warm water. It is an ideal cleanser mixture for oily skin.

Body Cleaning in Pregnancy

1- Sweat glands work twice in pregnancy than normal condition. Therefore, it increases the shower needs.
2- You must spend time in the bathroom not for more than 10 minutes. Your shower water should be lukewarm.
3- Use natural products such as soaps containing olive oil.
4- After bath, apply baby oil to your moist body, this will moisturize your skin and prevent cracking.
